Ewimar protection modules are advanced solutions that enable flexible selection of the level of protection for each installation based on LAN and PoE. Thanks to 4-channel devices, we can use modules with different levels of protection in one panel. The advantage of this is saving space both in the panel and in the entire RACK 19” cabinet.
For example, securing the installation of 8 indoor cameras and 8 outdoor cameras, we can place two PTF-64-ECO/PoE modules and two PTF-64-EXT/PoE modules in the PTU/PTF-6-RACK panel. In addition, we have modules with different input connectors at our disposal, as the PTU-64 has LSA/KRONE connectors, and the PTF-64 has RJ-45 sockets. Such a flexible configuration of the panel significantly reduces its price, while maintaining the appropriate level of surge protection.
