In the last post, we wrote about the differences between PTU and PTF modules / panels, now you will learn about how to assemble them.
The most frequently chosen mounting method is the RACK 19 ”cabinet, for which the PTU / PTF-5 (6) -RACK housing is ideal, it takes up only 1U of available space. The enclosure can be mounted directly in the front part of the cabinet or in the rear part at an angle of 45 degrees using the LK-Mount brackets, which makes it easier to connect the cables.
For dispersed installations, or with a smaller number of cameras, we have available PTU / PTF-5 (6) -BOX or PTU / PTF-5 (6) -BOX-DIN housings. A free-standing enclosure that can be screwed to the wall or mounted on a DIN rail. It is dedicated to 4-channel PTF-54/64 and PTU-54/64 modules. It is equipped with a metal shielding base, to which the module is screwed, and grounding with a screw terminal, which gives us a secure connection.
