Protocol converter and TEB bus converter, to Pelco-D, alpha dome, conv4-B, control cameras Pelco-D by TEB keyboard
The device was built to allow control any camera with Pelco-D, by TEB's keyboard. CCTV TEB company using own bus and own custom protocol that prevents the connection devices of other manufacturers. CONV-4B opens the way to integration of CCTV cameras with other manufacturers with TEB systems.
Code converter receives data via a standard interface consistent with TEB and special software performs translation of data from TEB to Pelco-D protocol. Translated commands are send via a separate RS-485 interface.
Dual microprocessor system provides a stable conversion of data in real time and allows for separate setting of the baud rate for receiving and transmitting interface.
