SUG-SAP24V/DIN, fire detector loop protector 24V, fire system surge protection
SUG-SAP24VDC/DIN is a surge protector designed to protect 24V sensor loops in fire alarm systems. It is dedicated for installations where the DC voltage and the variable component of the transmission signal do not exceed the maximum voltage of 32V.
Low internal resistance, low insertion capacitance, and the ability to transmit up to 3A have minimal impact on the system's operation, even with large sizes.
The protector has a protected screen terminal, which can be isolated from ground using a GDT protector or connected to ground. Connecting terminals 3 and 4 closes the connection of the screen terminal to ground.
The surge protector is designed for mounting on a DIN 35mm rail. High-quality spring terminals with high current load limit the risk of damage during large surge impacts and momentary current overloads. The device occupies the width of one standard DIN module.
The product is designed for installation at the boundary between LPZ0 and LPZ1 zones or higher.
