PTZ protocol converter CONV Pelco to TEB

The communication protocol converter is a microprocessor device, designed to control TEB Speed Dome cameras, using any other devices that use the Pelco-D or Pelco-P protocol - these can be keyboards with a joystick, DVR recorders, IP encoders, etc. It is an extensive device connected to TEB network as one of the Neopad keyboards, but does not require any setting of keyboard addresses. It can be connected anywhere in the keyboard network - at the beginning, between the keyboards or at the end and receive commands via the RS-485 port or the TEB-In port (proprietary bus). The TEB outputs (TEB-Out, PORT2 RS485) send data from the existing TEB keyboards, inserting in the appropriate place the commands received from the controller in the Pelco protocol.

Since version 1.4, support for the TEB Ligne protocol has been implemented.

The converter software has been written in accordance with the principles of multitasking with progressive copying of data packet fragments, thanks to which it creates an efficient configuration with a very fast reaction to control. The converter is equipped with 2 RS-485 ports and a voltage bus for the TEB keyboard and cameras (input / output) and an output port, dedicated RS-485 for the keyboard in the Pelco protocol.

It is a 3rd series product, fully programmed and updated via USB using Ewimar Upgrader / Configurator software. This allows you to buy and change the software to a different model, which causes the converter model to be changed to a different one. It also has additional software options, introducing advanced real-time translation capabilities - they are activated with license codes.
