AHD, CVI, TVI wireless transmission in elevators, AV-500-4HD-L

This set is designed for radio transmission of high resolution video signal in elevator shafts. Works over short distances using the 5.8GHz ISM band, not requiring permission to use. Works with CCTV cameras and digitasl video recorders using AHD, HD-CVI, HD-TVI and PAL (CVBS) and resolutions of 960H, 720P / 960P and 1080P. It supports 1 Video channel, where the image is sent in real time without the delays found in IP solutions. It is compatible with CCTV solutions as HikVision, Dahua or other 4-system cameras using the above video standards.

Due to the width of the allowed ISM band, the number of available radio channels depends on the resolution of the connected cameras: 960H / 720P / 960P - 4 channels, 1080P - 2 channels. Radio range for 1080P resolution varies depending on the connected camera standard and is 5-150 meters depending on the building structure and the selected video standard.

Before installation, and even before bidding / preparing an offer, we recommend renting and testing the kit at your destination. Different wave propagation conditions and unforeseen sources of interference or attenuation occurring in elevator shafts may prevent the operation of the set. When the elevator is moving, picture distortion may occur due to changing microwave wave propagations and reflections.

The method of correct installation

The transmitter and receiver are equipped with high-class overvoltage protections, 2kA (Extreme series) for Video and 5kA for power supply, which reduces the risk of damage to the set and connected devices during lightning. The transmitter additionally has a set of connectors that simplify the connection of the camera installed nearby and hide its wires inside its housing. The transmitter's built-in surge protection also protects the connected camera if it is installed in close proximity. If it is remote, it is recommended to connect an additional surge arrester to the camera.

By the special cable grommets, all connecting cables do not require cutting during installation or service, if they need to be removed completely.
Connection to the DVR can be done using a coaxial cable or UTP twisted pair cable, thanks to the built-in impedance converter - also protected by a surge arrester (OVP).

Connection options for the wireless set

The product is recommended for use with brand recorders. During the tests it was found that some of the cheapest multi-system DVRs from unknown companies show unstable operation with the kit.
