Code lock ZK2 is new device of Caro Access brand, which aimed at increasing safety in buildings of companies, public institutions and residential buildings from theft and unauthorized intrusions on protected areas.
ZK2 is used to protecting rooms and areas from unauthorized persons. However easy operation makes it easy to move on this area by permitted person.
In comparison with the standard code locks, which protect only one door. The ZK2 allows for protecting 2 doors simultaneously. This means, that the reader can be used for example in two companies or two institutions. Users give two individual codes designed to open 2 independent doors, for example, two rooms for different purposes.

Code lock support up maximum 40 codes of 4 numbers. All codes are arbitrarily assigned and permissions are assigned by owner code, which have highest privileges (access to both of doors and can't be deleted). In device is built beeper and LED, which inform about alarms and operation status.
The lock have acceptable amount of bad input codes, which is programmable (default 5). After entering of specified numerous of wrong codes, the lock is completely locking up for a time programmed by the user. (default 3 minutes). Moment of lock is visible through complete extinction of backlight, short sound and lighting up all the LEDs for a second.
Upon expiration of appointed time the keyboard is unlocks automatically, however, when you re-enter two incorrect codes, the device will be blocked one more time. Disconnect of power supply doesn’t turn off the code lock, it’s possible only by entering the correct code.
To supply of device, should be used buffer power supply with battery.
